Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know what maintenance my car needs?

Your owner's manual lists a maintenance schedule based on mileage and time. If you do not have the manual, we can look up the recommended services for your specific vehicle and let you know what is due.

Do I have to go to the dealership to keep my warranty valid?

No. Federal law protects your right to have maintenance and repairs performed at any qualified shop without voiding your manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct procedures and parts specifications are followed.

What if I am not sure what is wrong with my car?

That is completely fine. Describe the symptoms you are experiencing — noises, smells, warning lights, performance changes — and we will diagnose the issue and explain what we find before recommending any repairs.

Do you work on older vehicles?

Yes. We service vehicles of all ages. Whether your car is brand new or has 200,000 miles on it, we can help keep it running safely and reliably.
